5. Bonuses and Promotions

x566 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

Welcome Bonus Terms

  • 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 20x (bonus amount × 20).
  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • The bonus may only be claimed once.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.

5.1 General Bonus Policy

  • Bonuses are not provided as cash.
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonuses have a set validity period — any unused bonus will be forfeited after expiry.
  • x566 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Cashback benefits from the VIP programme are applicable separately and can be withdrawn without wagering requirements.

5.2 VIP Cashback

x566's VIP programme has five tiers. The weekly cashback amount for each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on x566 have their own rules, which are displayed while the game is running. Decisions related to games will be considered final. If a game is affected by a technical error, x566 will take appropriate action.

Gaming Policy

  • Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If the internet connection is lost, an attempt will be made to restore the current state of the ongoing game.
  • Any winnings resulting from a software error will be considered void.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

  • If the account remains inactive for a long period (specific inactivity time limits apply).

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure
